Medium: 2500 - 5000 Sq-Ft: $500 
Large: 5000 - 8500 Sq-Ft: $650 
XL: 8500 - 12k Sq-Ft: $800 
12k+Sq-Ft  : $1000+ 

+Twilight Session : +$150 for 2-4 photos

+Aerial Drone Photography: +$150 for 6-8 photos. 

+Twilight & Drone (as a package): $250 

Twilight Session Only: $350 for 2-4 photos (to cover the entire property, general listing fees apply) 

Aerial Drone Photography only:  $250 for 6-8 photos daytime. 2-4 photos evening. 

Per photo pricing: $25 per photo, 10  photo minimum. 

*Listing shoot Licensing term applies, photos are licensed to the purchaser for the life of the ownership of their listing. Selling & distribution to third parties prohibited. 

Portfolio :

3rd Party Licensing & Usage fee : $100 per image. 

Day Rate & Creative Fee : $750 (8-12 hours on location).

Post Production & Licensing : $125 per image (8 Minimum).
